What is an ARC team?
An ARC team (Advanced Reader Copy team) is a group of readers who receive a book before its official release in exchange for honest reviews and promotional support.
Authors and publishers use ARC teams to build buzz, collect early feedback, and generate reviews on platforms like Amazon, Goodreads, and BookBub, which help increase visibility and credibility.
Key Roles of an ARC Team:
-
Read the book before launch (usually in digital format)
-
Write a review shortly after the release date
-
Share about the book on social media, blogs, or with other readers
-
Provide feedback to the author if requested (e.g., typo spotting or story comments)
Benefits for Authors:
-
Early reviews boost algorithm rankings
-
Builds anticipation and momentum around launch
-
Creates a core community of engaged readers

“Tis the season for a five star read!”
’Tis the season for a perfect holiday read—Whispers of Mistletoe, Book 2 in the Whispers of New England series by Sue Mills!
Each new release from Sue Mills is even more captivating than the last, and Whispers of Mistletoe is no exception. From the very first page, it gave me all the feels. I’ve always loved Quinn, but in this book, she truly shines. Now that she’s finally reached a place in her life where she feels in control and genuinely happy, I couldn’t be more thrilled for her.
Moreover, the blossoming relationship between Quinn and Caden adds a beautiful layer of depth to the story. Their chemistry is undeniable, and watching it unfold was such a joy. I absolutely can’t wait to see how their journey continues in the next installment!
“Emotional rollercoaster, loved getting to know Sam more, second chance on loving yourself.”
A heartfelt story about learning to live for yourself again. 💖 This is Sam’s journey—where we finally get to uncover his past and understand what shaped him into the man we’ve come to know. As I turned the pages, I found myself gaining a deeper appreciation for his character. For the first time, we see the full picture of why Sam became the way he is.
What’s more, his interactions with Piper were a highlight. Watching their connection grow was both moving and inspiring. After spending most of his life wrapped in codependency, it was powerful to see Sam finally begin to let go, embrace independence, and learn to love himself.
Additionally, experiencing the events from Sam’s point of view—especially after reading the first four books—was such a refreshing change. There’s meaningful crossover between the stories, but this one stands out with its raw vulnerability and unique voice.
Every emotion is packed into these pages—grief, hope, love, and transformation. I especially loved the ending, and I’m wholeheartedly rooting for Sam to find his happy-ever-after. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall, this was a phenomenal read. Sue Mills has done it again—she hit this one out of the park. I hope everyone else loves it as much as I did!
